Returns, Refunds and Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING

• I always aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of your order (Mon-Fri) to the address supplied when placing an order
• I cannot and will not be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay in delivery of the goods this may cause

UK DELIVERY

• UK orders with free delivery are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class service (untracked) which has a 2-3 day delivery estimate

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

​

• I ship globally to all destinations serviced by Royal Mail
• To all the EU customers, please be aware that, from July 1st 2021, you may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and a handling fee on your order. We are not liable for any of these duties. These charges will vary depending on your country and depending on the value of the items you ordered.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on value and weight of order during checkout
• International delivery may take up to 2 weeks or longer during busy periods

LOST ITEMS

Should your order become lost in the postal system, then you will need to wait up to 21 working days from the date your order was dispatched before I can issue replacements or refund a missing order.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Neither we, nor any delivery service that we use, shall be liable for any failure to deliver goods where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions (such as snow, floods and crazy wild winds), fires, huge explosions, some mad accident, dreaded traffic congestion, a mighty act of God or an ever so familar strike.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

I will not be held liable for any duties, taxes or any other payments incurred in relation to the importation of its goods to another country.

All those costs will be payable by the purchaser of our brilliant goods.

I would like to think that you will be happy with WSS products!

If that isn't the case, I offer a 30 day returns policy. This returns policy applies to customers in England, Wales and Scotland, and does not affect your statutory rights.

If you need to return goods to What She Said then the following conditions must apply: 

• I should receive the returned product within 30 days of the date of purchase
• The returned item is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached) 
• You follow the returns procedure below

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the goods are faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If your request is approved, you will receive a refund on your original method of payment within a few days.

FAULTY/MISSING ITEMS

​

If the item you received is faulty, or different to what you have originally ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the items and we will send a refund or replacement.

​

We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please email us me rhian@whatshesaid.co.uk
