You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the goods are faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your request is approved, you will receive a refund on your original method of payment within a few days.
If the item you received is faulty, or different to what you have originally ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the items and we will send a refund or replacement.
