Editing is the process of taking raw text and turning into a polished, finished product. As well as improving the spelling, grammar, and flow of language, this can also involve structural changes, suggestions for additional content, or the removal of sections.
This is a valuable process if you’ve already written the text for your website, or your brochure or your annual report, or e-book. The feedback from a ‘fresh pair of eyes’ can help identify areas which need clarification, or spot problems that might be missed by someone with a more intimate knowledge of the text.
The content is still your own, and you can refuse or accept any suggestions that I make.
